Not your usual music festival where newbies meet masters
This multidisciplinairy festival brings together young newbies & old masters in everything around the live music experience. Concert photography, band artwork, fanzines, interviews … the vibe on stage & behind the scenes. In three steps we really made this happen: LABO - MUSIC - EXPO
LABO
In a first step we bring together the artists and the people making stuff about the artists of the bigger local ‘music-scene’ We organise small workshops with newbies and masters in writing, interviewing, audio, video, podcasting & art to let them learn from eachother
MUSIC
We create a month full off interesting concerts at different locations to give the opportunity to newbies to make new art, photo’s, interviews or audio- & videoclips trying to catch the vibe of that live music moment together with the maters.
EXPO
We curate an expo of all this material together to maximize the impact of this work. We bring together the whole scene to celebrate the vibe of the live experience and inspire eachothers efforts to achieve our artistic goals together.
